Adult Hybrid NinjaFit (18+)

Our adult sessions are a combination of ninja warrior and strength/endurance training! It is a great way to get in shape and stay in shape! We do a new obstacle course every week in addition to a series of strength/endurance exercises! These sessions also meet TWICE a week! Current session times are Wednesday and Friday at 7pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30am! The first session is also free with no obligations to continue and no contracts!
