About MoPro Training Grounds

Here at MoPro Training Grounds we aim to promote physical fitness in a fun way! Modeled after the hit television show "American Ninja Warrior" we offer a variety of obstacles and challenges that people of all ages can try! We have locations in Columbia, MO and Jefferson City, MO!
